God damn it I truely give up, I swear im gonna take my sister and mother somewhere and lock them in a god damn room until they either a) Kill each other b) Start talking to each other..

I'm caught in the middle - I've deciced f*** this even if it means I never see my sister / nephew EVER again, I don't care anymore..

It sounds like you just need to remove yourself from the situation and not let yourself be put in the middle of it. They are adults. They need to work it out themselves. Good luck!
